Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Our customers can purchase any digital content while recharing their digital wallet at a minimum price starting at INR 500. The wallet recharge can be cancelled at any point of time.

The recharge of the wallet will be performed by third party payment gateway. Ranmira photography has no control of the execution of the payment request paid via, UPI, Bank Transfer or via, Credit card or Debit Card.

Incase of any payment transaction, any payment processing could not be executed due to technical reason or due to poor network signal, and the said amount gets debited from your account, Debit or Credit card then we request you to wait for 24-48 hrs to see if the said bank has initiated the refund of the payment in your bank account or Credit Card.

Otherwise, we request you to talk to your bank to understand the status of the transaction as confirmed, and then only please write to us at support@ranmira.in to get the confirmation of your payment received in to Ranmira’s account.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Our users can leverage their purchase at a discounted rate while recharging their wallet time to time as per the discount offers published by Ranmira in Ranmira.in. The user(s) will have the free lookup period and can cancel their wallet recharge within 7 days from the date of their purchase. Ranmira team will refund the money within 10-15 days from the date of receiving the request. Incase, anybody faces any issue, can write us at: support@ranmira.in.

2. The refund amount will be applicable on Prorata basis incase any of the digital content is downloaded by the user in its library while using the wallet recharge amount.

3. No refund will be applicable if any of the digital content is downloaded using the debit or credit card or any other payment method offered by the payment gateway.

4. Ranmira holds the right to freeze the user downloads (even if user made an authentic purchase via, wallet recharge, or, payment gateway using credit, debit card or UPI) incase finds any kind of illicit/phishy activities conducted the user(s).

5. No refund is applicable based on any quality parameters of the digital content. The content is displayed on the web for the user(s) to judge the required quality and infer their respective purchase decisions.

6. Ranmira does not advice its users to store the credit card or debit card details and should not be hold responsible of any financial fraudulent transactions.

Refund Policy

Full refund of the recharge amount on a specific date will be paid back to the customer only when informed within 7 days of the date of the specific wallet recharge.

No refund will be made if informed after 7 days from the date of the specific recharge.

The refund process is deemed as –

Step 1: the customer can raise the refund request of their wallet recharge within 7 days of the date of recharge with the transaction ID and with a valid reason while writing at: support@ranmira.in.

Step 2: Admin will validate the refund request details to initiate the refund.
